Ministry
I started to work at Word of Life Hungary in July 2009. I work in two areas, Financial Administration and Guest Service. Lots of people come to visit us and we would like to provide them the opportunity to relax and have a great time at Word of Life Hungary.
I really enjoy working here because my job is eventful. I work mainly in the background, but I do it gladly because I know the staff would have full time to serve and enrich people with the Gospel.
Testimony
I grew up in a Christian family and we went to church regularly where I heard about God's love and that is why it wasn't difficult to accept that God exists. In spite of this I had an image about God that I have to be good to meet His requirements. Of course I even tried so hard to be good but I always failed. After a lot of f ailure I felt so bad. I had a problem also with my self-esteem because I get very few positive feedback/encouragement from my family and environment. One day when I was very upset, God started to talk to my heart. I started to understand and every word from God that I heard in the church about His love became very clear. I could understand that He loves me the way I am and His love is unconditional; I don't need to work for His love.
I started to see clearly, that I am not able to change my life using my own power, my life could only change when I give it to God and let Him do it. At the same time I could understand that when Jesus died and rose He took all of my sins and grief/misery.
Since I accepted Jesus as my Savior, I have been experiencing His care every day. Of course I have hard times, but He forms my character through these difficulties.
